What happened
Employee was delivering his route [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. He parked the [REDACTED] in front of [REDACTED] to deliver a large parcel. When stepping out of the [REDACTED] he slipped and fell landing on his left side at the end of the driveway. He got up and felt okay delivered the large parcel to the door then continued to finish his route for about the [REDACTED]. Throughout the course of the evening the pain got gradually worse and he contacted the Supervisor the [REDACTED].
