On [REDACTED] Carrier was injured on [REDACTED]. The carrier was walking back to the mail truck after delivering at a set of NBU Boxes that serviced [REDACTED]. While coming down the three steps on the sidewalk her left heel didn 't clear the sidewalk. Her left ankle rolled and she felt a sharp pain. She contacted Supervisor for assistance. The carrier lost her balance and fell on the ground. She was not able to lift herself but was assisted by a resident in the neighborhood.
