At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] Employee called Supervisor stating she was bit by a dog. The incident took place at [REDACTED]. Employee had a few cuts from the bites. She stated “that there was no dog present at that time when she was placing the mail in the mailbox. The dog came out of nowhere.” The house has a fence in which you must stick your hand through the fence to deliver mail into the mailbox.
