On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Clerk hit his head on the machine near the spinners of APBS [REDACTED] back side while he was working on pulling down mail. As he was standing back up after picking up some parcels off the floor he hit his head. His injury seemed to be a rough scrape and not an opened wound. There was a small amount of blood on his head. Onsite investigation conducted.
