What happened
City Carrier was delivering mail [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] on the [REDACTED] on C76 and the mailboxes are located inside the apartment building. After delivering the mail she stepped out the door and took a right turn onto another small sidewalk in which she did not notice a small piece of broken concrete and fell on her right knee. She tried to break the fall with her right arm and scrapped her right arm. Her right knee began to gush blood.
