No real cause of neck pain she came into first aid stating her neck was sore and tight and the top of her shoulder as well. I asked if this happened at work and she stated no but that it pulls when she 's in the crane and looks down. She had asked [REDACTED] to take her out the crane whenever he can because she does not like working in the crane. She has only been in the crane for a few months.
