What happened
Employee sustained an injury while performing my duties at Safety Rail Company. The incident involved a semi-automated machine ([REDACTED]Cell [REDACTED]). During its operation the machine misfed a pipe when he attempted to clear the pipe from the first station (Expander) he grasped the pipe with his right hand and began removing it the machine unexpectedly initiated a cycle causing the ram to descend onto the pipe and pinch his middle finger between the pipe and the expander head.
