What happened
Member was completing teardown of [REDACTED] in the [REDACTED] area of the tech center. Blower 4 was removed and set on a rolling cart while the eyebolt was still attached to the boom hook. The hook was stuck in the eye bolt and [REDACTED] reached in to loosen the hook while [REDACTED] attempted to reduce the tension using the lift control. The hook came loose and the member 's finger was pinched between. the boom and the motor.
