[REDACTED] Was Unloading The Tdd Truck To Deliver To [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Docked Her Order And As She Was Delivering The Pallet To The Store Floor It Fell Over As She Turned The Corner Near The Sc Office The Product At This Time Did Not Fall Onto Her And She Restacked The Product With Another [REDACTED] The Pallet Was Restacked And Made It All The To The Floor And Caught Onto A Pallet On The Floor Then The Boxes Fell Onto Her One Of Which Struck Her In The Head
