Employee using a prybar trying to put steel back into overarm.

EE was using a pry bar to try to move .500 x 51.035 cut into overarm slot at the recoiler of the [REDACTED] after the cut came out of the overarm from running about 5 laps. The pry bar slipped out between the overarm disc and edge of cut causing EE to lose balance and fall to the ground hitting his head on the corner of the wall on the side of the machine.
