What happened
While attempting to course-correct a stand-up PIT it impacted a racking end guard on the side of the outrigger. Following the impact the PIT continued slowly backwards towards the adjacent wall. The operator immediately started to step off before coming to a stop and caught their foot between the body of the PIT and the wall.
