Before the incident
she was walking over to the loading dock ramp to instruct the truck driver which trailer to pull out of the dock. She stepped off of the ledge that is next to the loading ramp and landed 2 ft lower than ground she was on and fell on her left side.
What happened
she was assisting in locating the correct trailer. She walked around the building to the loading dock exterior to view the trailer numbers. When she approached the incline which has large yellow poles to indicate the incline she stepped to far and fell onto the ground la ding on her let hip.
