USING WALKIE-RIDER HE ENTERED THE TRAILER WITHOUT ISSUE AND SET DOWNT THE SMALL PALLET OF TOTES. AS HE WSAS EXITING THE TRUCK THE DOCK PLATE RAMP FOLDED CLOSED AND LIFTED THE PALLET RIDER AND THREW HIM OFF AND HIS RIGHT FOOT GOT CAUGHT UNDER THE STEERING WHEEL
