Employee was moving the last flask of that shift using the overhead crane with chains. He places the flask down on the ground. He begins talking with other employees in the area. Employee and another employee appear to unhook the chains on the back of the flask but they do not unhook the front chains

Employee is standing between two flasks one of which is the flask he just moved and the front corner still is connected to the crane by the chain. He pulls it up and the hooked corner pulls the flask toward him and pins him between the stationary flask and the moving flask. His left foot was pinched under the flask that moved. and he was struck on the left side of his torso
