EE was preparing to clean debris in the shredder department.

EE was operating the “ride behind bobcat” in a tight area which didn’t allow the machine to maneuver efficiently with structures creating low clearance obstructions and pinch points. While operating EE was using both hands to operate the machine (left hand for steering control right hand for bucket operation) and decided to remove his right hand from the control and placed his hand on the protective guard. With his right hand on the guard he continued to reverse at this time the machine guard came in contact with the structure of a conveyor frame creating a pinch point on his right hand resulting in injury
