EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING TO GET MORE PANT HANGERS.

Employee was at pant press #1 she went to grab more pant hangers from the hanger holders and as she was walking back to pant press station there was a rack in front of her station and instead of moving it or walking around it she went right through it and tripped on the bottom pole of the rack. She had hangers in hand and they flew out of her hand and she was able to catch herself on the floor. Now [REDACTED] she is unable to close the right hand. Also has a bruise on her left upper arm.
