What happened
Carrier went up stairs to deliver mail. When carrier walked down the stairs she fell and hurt her foot. She called the post office to inform the supervisor and received an icepack from the neighbor. She got help from another carrier that was already supposed to help her and they both came back when the route was finished. She did not seek medical attention the day of the fall.
