What happened
I was sent to the middle dock by the MDO to load THS mail. The dock supervisor from tour 3 wasn 't present and refused to answer his radio when I attempted to inquire about how to proceed. Upon his arrival he verbally accosted me to the point of tears for following the directions I was given.
