What happened
was approaching [REDACTED] to deliver mail when he noticed that there was a husky laying on the ground. The carrier yelled out to the customer who was outside to please get your dog. The dog than got up and ran t and bit his right thigh. One of the neighbors who heard the commotion came out to help get the dog off . The owner of the dog than grabbed the dog and put the dog into the car and drove off with the dog leaving without any information.
