CARRIER STATES SHE WAS SCANNING PARCELS AND WAS HIT ON THE BACK OF ANKLE BY A ROLLING PALLET JACK WHILE CLERK WAS MOVING A GAYLORD OF PARCELS TO DISTRIBUTION AREA BEHIND CARRIER. CARRIER STATES SHE TRIED TO WALK AND HER LEG STARTED TO HURT. Employee reported the accident but didn 't know the name of the clerk that was using the pallet jack. She stated she hasn 't seen the clerk since the incident.
