On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] employee was pulling boxes on the SPSS. After pulling her 2nd white label she felt a painful pull on her inner right knee area. She continued to pull the remainder of the boxes and then proceeded to go to manual labor where she could sit and work. Employee did not report the incident to her supervisor at that time she thought that she could take some pills and go home to rest.
