City carrier was in a MVA on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. was parked legally at [REDACTED] with the truck off and the keys not in the ignition. just returned to the postal vehicle [REDACTED] after delivering a parcel when a POV came around the corner and struck the back left bumper. No Injuries were reported at the time of the accident. Right side damage to the POV and minor left bumper damage to the postal vehicle. The carrier was deemed not at fault and continued to perform his duties as a letter carrier.
