What happened
Carrier was delivering a parcel to the porch [REDACTED]. Carrier had dog spray on person and holding a USPS tub with 9 packages. After he left the porch you proceeded back to the vehicle and within seconds a dog started barking and appeared from around the corner and came up behind the carrier and bit the carrier on the left calf.
