What happened
On [REDACTED] a was alerted by R33 carrier approximately [REDACTED]. Carrier [REDACTED] had fallen in the parking lot. and I promptly went out to the loading area. was laying on the ground behind her POV. She was bleeding from the right side of her face above her eye. called [REDACTED]. I applied pressure to the wound until the paramedics arrived to take over [REDACTED]. was able to let us know that she had tripped over a mail strap while loading. She fell and her face hit the sidewalk.
