On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] at the vehicle loading area for the Meridian ID Post office located at [REDACTED] Rural Carrier Associate RCA was loading parcels into the [REDACTED] for rural [REDACTED]. RCA was loading all of the oversized and heavier parcels last as he usually does a parcel run of these parcels prior to starting delivery for the route. [REDACTED] said that while loading the last parcel into the back of the vehicle he felt a 'twinge ' of pain in his lower back. He said that after he felt the 'twinge ' he stood next to the vehicle for a few minutes until the pain subsided.
