What happened
on [REDACTED] was delivering mail at [REDACTED] as usual she was walking on the street to look over at [REDACTED] to make sure that the customer 's dog was not out or around due to numerous encounters with this customer 's dog. As she was walking towards [REDACTED] the customer 's dog ran from the back of [REDACTED] at a very aggressive pace towards the carrier. With mail in her left arm she shuffled backwards to keep her eye on the dog and proceeded to use her dog spray. As she is spraying the dog she stumbled and fell backwards into a metal ramp.
