Carrier Reports that around [REDACTED] he twisted his ankle on [REDACTED] by 300 [REDACTED] he cannot remember exact location. Supervisor present [REDACTED] question carrier why he did not report this accident at the time it happened and waited until he had come back to the office carrier stated he says he attempted to contact management but management was not answering we asked to see his call log record since management did not have a incoming call in their phone log when carrier showed his call log no outgoing call to management was registered
