Making a right hand turn.
What happened
Carrier was making a left hand turn into a chick-fil-a parking lot. He had to go across two lanes to do so. There was a line of traffic in left lane and carrier was unable to see on coming traffic in right lane. A [REDACTED] vehicle in left lane let the carrier proceed to make the left hand turn. Carrier proceeded to make the turn without proper clearance. Postal vehicle was struck on right side of [REDACTED] by front end of [REDACTED]. Damage to postal vehicle was behind right hand side door and rear tire. [REDACTED] vehicle had front end damage.
