When I first arrived during my investigation the CCA was receiving medical attention from ambulance paramedic drivers on his left leg. After treating his leg they asked him to stand. He could not stand on his own two feet. Furthermore they ask the carrier to sit on stretcher to load his into the ambulance. Considering no witness at the scene but the neighbor at [REDACTED] said the [REDACTED]-address location has been vacant for [REDACTED]. Over the [REDACTED] 8 [REDACTED] they been working on that house. Her name is [REDACTED] [REDACTED] her phone number [REDACTED]. Also her statement: We heard a huge scream came out on the porch to find the mailman has fallen onto the broken side of the porch. We help him out as much as possible to until the fire department came and helped.
