What happened
PTF returned to delivery unit complaining of back pain. Stated he was dropping off a package at [REDACTED] when he felt lightning shoot down his back and heard and felt a pop. He said afterwards he felt pain and numbness in lower back and legs. He also stated the [REDACTED] he could not get out of bed due to back pain. The carrier was wearing the proper footwear but management isn 't sure if proper bending or lifting techniques were used.
