City Carrier was standing on a stoop delivering mail at [REDACTED] Normal Illinios on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] While using her right hand to reach into her satchel to remove two parcels for that address the owner of [REDACTED] open the front door. The Bully Bigger version of a pit bull was standing on the side the of the home owner in the house by the front door. The homeowner house does not have a security door. The dog did not bark when it came out the house and started approaching the City Carrier. The dog latch on the carrier right hand that was partially in her carrier satchel.
