Carrier was performing park and loop delivery on [REDACTED]. While walking toward his first delivery a subject came from the carrier left side and began to spray carrier profusely with bear spray. The carrier said subject states to him Do you want to die. The carrier was struck by subject and then an undercover cop saw the carrier being assaulted. The Cop then yelled out the window Police and subject ran away on foot. Carrier was taken to Inspira medical Center in [REDACTED].
