I was walking to get mail and the security guard was with me. Me and the security guard was walking the man had mopped the floor and didn 't have a sign the showed he had mopped the floor. The floor was wet I slipped and flew up in the air and landed on my back and bumped my head. The security guard was slipping as well. The lady in the office saw it. They kept apologizing and asking me was I ok They help me get up took me in the office and gave me a seat and a bottle of water. Documented it for their records. They took my name and address.
