Delivering parcels

On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] carrier reported to his supervisors . Supervisor received a text from the employee that he called [REDACTED] for an ambulance to the corner of [REDACTED] and he was going to the hospital. When I arrived to the scene the employee was already gone. As per my instruction to leave the key in the gas until I arrived. I observed the carrier had a McDonald 's cup with ice in cup holder. Empty water and Gatorade bottles all over the floor inside the [REDACTED] vehicle. He also had hand towel in his satchel. The windows were rolled up. When I start the [REDACTED] the AIR Conditioning came on immediately. I called the carrier before I arrived and when I arrive to the corner of [REDACTED]. The carrier explained to me that he delivered 35 USPS packages to a customer resident. Afterwards he felt dehydrated so he decided to call [REDACTED] for an ambulance.
