What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] after loading my truck I proceeded to drive to my first stop at [REDACTED] apartments. i parked and unloaded the mail for this first stop onto my handtruck. when i went to tip it the hand truck back it went back further than intended and knocked me backwards. i landed on my rearend and back. i thought as i got up that i would be ok but as i continued to work i felt my back tightening up and decided to contact my supervisor. he advised me to return to the office and sent me to the er.
