What happened
Employee was loading mail from a wire onto a conveyor belt at Scan Where You Band with a fellow employee at the same time. The other employee had a pallet of Amazon parcels that was wrapped in plastic when the parcels from the pallet fell onto her back while loading. The employee felt pain from mid-back down to the hip. Employee reported to her supervisor and took a 15 minute break. After her break the pain did not subside.
