What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] while walking down the steps of [REDACTED] I fell to the ground and injured both knees and elbow. I called station at [REDACTED] and spoke with supervisor and informed her of the incident. She stated someone will come out to access the matter. At [REDACTED] the supervisor came out to address incident. When she arrived she asked what the address of incident was and what occurred. I recounted the incident then she advised me to drive back to station.
