What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the carrier was casing in the office after a clerk had moved the UBBM bucket. It was not put all the way back and the carrier tripped and lost her balance. The scanner in her hand fell and bounced off her case hitting her right on the bone of the inside of her ankle. She did not know she was going to seek treatment and we were given papers the [REDACTED].
