What happened

On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] I was dispatching APBS outgoing mail when I was grabbing an orange sack and put it in the OTR. I lifted it and threw it over my head the sack was not heavy. The moment when I threw it I felt a pop on my left shoulder. I continued working during the night. After my lunch my shoulder and arm were hurting I communicated with my supervisor SDO [REDACTED] about the situation and how I was feeling around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. I finished my shift. On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] I told SDO [REDACTED] about the situation and that my shoulder was still hurting he immediately called management and I gave him my statement.
