Walking by [REDACTED]

On [REDACTED] a [REDACTED] FSM Clerk was walking by pole [REDACTED] from the low side of the [REDACTED] to the high side of the [REDACTED]. Employee did not see strapping on the floor and a full circle of strapping got caught around her foot. She fell and landed on her knees and left elbow. She reported this to Supervisor [REDACTED] but indicated she was fine and just wanted to let him know. The [REDACTED] she came to the Plant and asked for the paperwork to seek medical care. She did not bring the paperwork back until [REDACTED].
