What happened
On [REDACTED] while on my route i pulled up to [REDACTED] to deliver the mail. I went to open the back of the truck. it was hard to lift due to all the mail dolly and big boxes i had. As i was lifting the door i felt something pull in my shoulder. it bothered me off and on until the end of my shift.
