What happened
On [REDACTED] at aprrox [REDACTED] the employee was delivering parcels at [REDACTED] when she attempted to lift a shelf from the truck and it hit her on the face. Causing a laceration on the left side of the face above the eye. The Carrier then call the supervisor and told her she got hurt. The supervisor then told her to stand by that she would report to scene. The employee left to go to the ER no medical attention was provided at the location since the employee didn 't wait and left to seek medical attention herself.
