What happened
Employee was pulling down machine when he felt something pull in his lower back. It really didn 't feel bad at first but after a couple of hours it started to feel tight and sore while doing housekeeping. i informed [REDACTED] 1 Lead that i pulled my back at [REDACTED] while pulling down and if she could have someone else wrap the pallets of trays. When i got home it slowly got worse with tightness and soreness. When waking up to come to work on [REDACTED] I could [REDACTED] move when getting out of bed.
