At [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] City Carrier walked past a open garage while delivering mail. The Garage door was open part way and a dog ran out of the garage. The dog bit the carrier above the right knee. Carrier called supervisor went to the scene. Animal Control was contacted. Carrier elected for medical treatment and went to Advocate [REDACTED]. Carrier returned to the office [REDACTED] and was cleared for full duty.
