What happened
Employee was closing the bottom shelf on an APC that was left pulled out by another carrier collecting their DPS. As employee tried to push the bottom shelf it fell down on her finger tearing her skin and it started to swell up. She saw it was a safety hazard and she was trying to prevent someone running into it and hurting themselves.
