On [REDACTED] approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] from cathedral station made a package delivery on [REDACTED] when she is getting out from the building door was closed very fast getting hurt on her right- hand little finger. when she gets back to her truck she realized blood on her finger. she called CPPF and Acting Supervisor went out to investigate and he took her nearest hospital at [REDACTED] emergency room. they cleaned her finger and did X-ray and released her around [REDACTED].
