On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] claimed both shoulder injury from picking up over 40-pound precious metal from monarch metals. [REDACTED] stated I am positive most of the weighed over 70 pounds. when I asked the person I picked up from it these boxes weighed more she kept saying no. I was loading the last 3 boxes when my shoulder popped and I felt intense pain. [REDACTED] let the supervisor know right away around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] also texted asking if he could get some help unloading when he got back because he hurt his shoulder.
