On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] at the Meridian Post Office located at [REDACTED] PSE Clerk was doing parcel distribution. PSE had grabbed a pair of scissors to cut the shrink wrap off of an Amazon westpak. While cutting the shrink wrap the scissors 'snagged on the plastic wrap and closed ' on PSE right index finger creating a deep cut.
