At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] carrier called supervisor stating that he rolled his ankle. Supervisor went out there and he was in the truck holding his ankle. I went over to [REDACTED] and took pictures. I asked the carrier how he rolled his he stated that he was walking up the stairs and hit his toe against the stairs and he lost balance and fell. He was not holding the hand rails at that address he stated that his hand was full and could not hold them
