What happened
While moving a cart that had a full Pallet of periodicals on it the employee got the heavy cart rolling. The cart then kept rolling and the employee had to take sudden action to stop the cart from rolling into her. She put out her hands to stop the cart and her right wrist collapsed hyperextending and possibly breaking the wrist.
